Long story short, the architect idea was not a good idea. We were falling behind schedule and the budget was about to explode. He could not pull it off.

I was a little bit disappointed when I realized that he didn't even check on the permits with the town of Falmouth. We need 3 permits, one of them needs to be approved by the zoning board that only meets once a month. And guess what? we missed the September deadline to apply. So we are off to end of October. The earliest we can start is Halloween day! spooky ...
We are taking the all project from the beginning, new design, new plans, same team -1!
