waiting for the permits

October 26, 2009, the zoning board of the Town of Falmouth, ME is in session. One of the items on the agenda is our Conditional Use permit application. we need this permit because we access our property through a right of way.

7pm... after scrutinizing the application and asking a few questions, we got the permit. The board members were very knowledgeable about the property and can be done. There were also very nice to deal with. Actually, I have to say that the Town of Falmouth, ME Code Enforcement team has been very nice and easy to deal with. Al Farris, the Code Enforcement Officer has been precise in his directions and on what to do to get the permit. He gave us very good advises and helped me answer questions about the application.

Now that we have the permits, time to get going on the 'real' part of the project.

It's now end of October and we need to work on demolition first. A bunch of friends have accepted to come and work on the 'demo' phase during a 'fun & dust' weekend during Halloween weekend! Interesting. The dumpster is on location now...
